SAFE is familiar with natural disasters, armed conflict and violent extremism in the North Central Province and other areas in Sri Lanka. We respond effectively to these emergencies which are usually social and environmental. These emergencies force us to plan and execute extraordinary projects at short notice and without an appropriate budget.
